Women’s Bible Study: Your Ongoing Legacy

Room 205 17 N. Court Square, Harrisonburg, VA

Have you watched an Olympic Relay Race where they pass the baton? It's heartbreaking when the baton is dropped, which means no one on their team is getting a gold medal. As we become moms and grandmas, we too, have a responsibility to pass the baton of our faith onto our younger generations. For most of us, we could use some prompting to be more intentional. Join us for a six-week series on “Impact — Your Ongoing Legacy.” We will be encouraged by Anne Graham Lotz (Billy Graham's daughter) and her daughter as they share via video how we can be more intentional in passing on an authentic legacy of the faith & hope we have in Jesus. Join us Tuesdays from noon-1 p.m. in Room 205 as we seek to give God glory by running the race He has set out for us by sharing the Gospel and living an authentic life of faith in an ungodly world.

The program will run on Wednesday afternoons from 4 p.m. to 5:55 p.m. The Orff method involves teaching music through singing and the use of xylophones, glockenspiels, metallophones and rhythm instruments. Children will learn to play and sing while enjoying learning about music and praising the Lord. We plan to have two sections, one for kindergarten to second graders, and another for third to fifth graders. There is no cost to attend. All leaders have passed background checks and completed child-protection training. Register here.
